In particular, you should practice them in daily conversations. Remember that spoken language may be different from written language.
When you find a new word, write down the whole sentence including that word.
Take a collection of phrases.
Your english speaking and your grammar will be much better if you learn a phrase instead of an individual word.

6. Don't pay much attention to Grammar when speaking

7. Listen, Listen and Listen!

Probably, this is the most important rule if you want to improve your pronunciation and pronounce english correctly. You should listen to english every day, but take it easy, just 5-10' minutes per day is ok. You can choose your favourite topics like entertainment, sports, fashion,...those will  inspire you to keep listening.
When you're listening, pay attention to pronunciation and then the meaning of the word you don't know. Afterwards, listen to that news again and this time make sure that you can understand the whole news.
